Support for Our Schools

Our schools value support and challenge from our Trust and headteachers clearly reference this as integral to improved outcomes for students and their improving individual Ofsted gradings. 

We offer a wide range of support to our schools including the following:

• Regular monitoring visits from the CEO and Executive Headteacher Primary.

• A minimum of 3 days each academic year of trust-led school peer reviews. These are bespoke reviews and driven by the context of the school at that time.

• Access for key staff to an extensive range of collaboration networks facilitated by the trust e.g Pupil Premium, Careers, CPD and subject networks.

• Trust led staff development days and twilight inset which focus on trust priorities.

• Support on developing an English Baccalaureate focused curriculum in Secondary Schools.

• Support on developing an effective  Primary Curriculum.

• Expertise on developing effective safeguarding and pastoral systems in schools.

• Guidance on developing effective provision for SEND students.

• Support on governance from experienced Trustees, Chairs of Local Committees, and a governance professional.

• Leadership on all finance matters from our Director of Finance

• Support on all HR matters from our Trust HR lead.

• Leadership on all estate management, project management, and Health and Safety matters from our experienced Director of Operations.

• Support on developing ICT networks and technology to enhance teaching and learning and the effective management of your school from our trust strategic network manager.

• Support on developing excellence in the following key areas: Staff Wellbeing, Diversity, Personal Development, Extra Curricular provision.

• Support on Data Management and GDPR from our Trust Data Manager.

Each school will have a different context and needs. As a trust, we will adapt our support to suit the context and need.
